NOHO West

The Stand

A transformation is underway for this new mixed-use lifestyle center at the current Macy’s site on Laurel Canyon Boulevard at Oxnard Street in North Hollywood. The redevelopment will repurpose the existing Macy’s building to serve office and retail uses, and incorporate a walkable main street retail concept and amenity-rich residential apartments. The design for the site layout weaves the new development into the existing fabric of the neighborhood to include shopping, working and leisure that compliments the active and contemporary NOHO West community.

Chick Me Out is a Mediterranean fast-casual eatery built around one guiding idea: eating better should be real, honest, and uncompromising.Rotisserie chicken may be our centerpiece, but clean, intentional cooking is the heart of everything we do.OUR PHILOSOPHYWe believe that real food, free from shortcuts, additives, and artificial ingredients, should be the standard, not the exception.Every marinade, sauce and recipe was developed in-house from scratch because nearly every “healthy” product on the market still contains things we refuse to serve. Our rule is simple: if it wasn’t clean, we made it ourselves.Over 2.5 years of sourcing better farms, testing ingredients, and refining every recipe has shaped Chick Me Out into a true clean-eating brand. Our concept is driven by responsibility rather than trend. We only serve what we would proudly feed our own families.THE IMPACT WE WANT TO MAKEOur mission is to help people feel better, live better, and eat better by serving food that truly nourishes the body. We believe real food has real power, and we’re committed to transparent sourcing and meals that support long-term wellness and a healthier lifestyle.NUTRITIONIST APPROVEDOur menu was developed in partnership with a nutritionist to ensure every ingredient aligns with our standards and contributes to a better way of living.
