The redevelopment will repurpose the existing Macy’s building to serve office and retail uses, and incorporate a walkable main street retail concept and amenity-rich residential apartments. The design for the site layout weaves the new development into the existing fabric of the neighborhood to include shopping, working and leisure that compliments the active and contemporary NOHO West community.
